Telecommunications & Control Systems Technician in Folkestone (Royaume-Uni (GB))Indefinite (Full-time)
Salary Circa £34K - £40K plus attractive benefits package

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our Telecommunications & Control Systems (TCS) Division, as a Technician. The role will consist of corrective and preventative maintenance, and you will be responsible for inspecting and testing of equipment and procedures essential in supporting Eurotunnel’s cross channel service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous work experience in telecommunications or an electronics role is essential.
- Qualified to ONC/HND/NVQ level or equivalent in a telecommunication or electronic discipline and be able to demonstrate experience in a telecommunications or electronics environment.
- A BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or post apprenticeship may be considered with 2 years’ experience in a technical environment.
You will excel in this role if you are logical and enjoy problem solving, acting with confidence in real time. You will need to show enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills, systems, and technologies to fulfil the role and show the ability to work under pressure and remain calm to support the operation and work colleagues. You must show a willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
