The role:
The core objective is to help the company grow by generating leads for the established team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Key Responsibilities:
· Contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services through both scripted and free format approaches.
· Answer questions about our products and the company
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities
· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales opportunities.
· Enter and update customer information in the (Sugar) CRM solution
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate the sales process
· Keep accurate records of calls and note useful information
About you:
· You’re a natural hunter for new opportunities with at least 1 years previous telesales experience at B2B level.
· You’ve got superior people skills and can communicate with gate keepers and people of all walks of life.
· You are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone with skill in handling objections and you enjoy continuous learning of your industry.
· You have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and Information Technology infrastructure.
· You are a real ‘go getter’ with a desire to join a business and sector that are really going places.
Required experience for this role:
· Exposure to software products
· Strong sales and client facing experience
· Strong communication and IT skills
· Ability to manage competing demands on multiple projects simultaneously
