Job description

What we are looking for:
Operation of all equipment using set out procedures whilst operating at an acceptable productivity level. Regularly perform major set-ups and minor adjustments of all assigned equipment per procedure and instructions from supervisor and/or engineers. Produce and inspect product at an acceptable quality level.
Requirements:
Familiarity with cable manufacturing equipment/processing. Experience of extrusion equipment, operating twisting/stranding machinery, braiding machinery, taping machinery etc.
Experience in cable manufacturing is a requirement.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions involving manufacturing procedures and set-up instructions.
Ability to keep good written records.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to establish good working relationships with other manufacturing, test and engineering personnel.
40 hours per week
7.00am – 4pm Mon-Thurs
7am – 1pm Fridays
Starting salary negotiable commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
