TEL Education Platform Support Analyst (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 9 Month Contract

Location: Fully Remote
Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) provides online training to a wide audience of users on a multitude of different health and social care subjects. To assist supporting our users in obtaining an engaging, efficient learning experience on the TEL platforms, a Live Chat Team Assistant role is required to join the TEL Team. This exciting and varied role is working in a flexible, remote team.
As a TEL Education Platform Support Analyst, your main responsibilities would be:
· Providing first line user support predominately via Live Chat but also email and helpdesk tickets
· Escalating issues, where appropriate, to other team members providing relevant supporting information
· Dealing with queries on registering and accessing the TEL platforms, certificate and learning activity report data in conjunction with the rest of the Platform Team
· Recording of progress and identifying any potential related issues
· Liaising with other TEL Team Members to assist with larger functional testing requirements.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
· Ability to learn new applications such as the TEL learning platforms and associated software
· Professional, empathetic communication
· Working to deadlines within Service Level Agreements
· Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Working in a remote, flexible team
· Calm under pressure whilst dealing with multiple queries
· Excellent organisational skills including self-time management
You will also have these Skills:
· Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
· Experience using live chat - desirable
· NHS experience - desirable
