About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Technology Support Manager to join our Radiopharmacy at our licenced facility in Dinnington.
Alliance Medical Radiopharmacy Ltd, part of the Life Healthcare Group, provide radiopharmaceuticals to imaging centres in all regions of the UK from a national network of facilities.
The role is expected to involve working with project and operational staff at Dinnington, Sutton and Guildford so the successful candidate should have a driving licence and be willing to travel.
The role will attract a company car (Band 5) due to expected travel requirements

Skills And Experience
- Carry out day-to-day Operation of the cyclotrons for manufacture of radioisotopes under Good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance in line with established procedures.
- Ensure rapid response on all machinery breakdowns, fault finding and implement correction.
- Capture and record all maintenance work completed.
- Capture and record all required KPI information.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain inventory for your area of responsibility
- Assist as required in establishing and developing procedures and documentation under direction from the engineering manager
- Collaborate with other departments and facilities (potential to travel)
- Undertake and complete in a timely manner assigned tasks and activities
- Work alongside external contractors as and when required
- Assist in building maintenance activities.
- Attend training courses as required by the company to carry out your duties.
- Will involve regular shift work (nights and days)
This is a main over view and not a completely exhaustive list of responsibilities and you may well be asked to perform other tasks as and when required.
Significant experience in sterile aseptic radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. This is likely to include a substantial period of time operating at management level within a PET manufacturing environment.
Significant knowledge and experience of the technologies associated with PET manufacturing, particularly Synthera synthesis and aseptic dispensing operations.
In depth knowledge of cGMP regulations and procedures as required by UK / EU regulatory authorities.
