ROLE PURPOSE
The Technology Project Manager will work to support the Head of Technology Project Management in the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of technology projects. The role will be hybrid in that it will contain elements of business analysis, administration, quality control and project management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Diarising and running requirement gathering sessions
- Researching information as required
- Managing projects through the approvals process from Discovery to Delivery
- Set up and management of project documentation
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project activities remain on track
- Raising purchase orders and budget tracking
- Carrying out or witnessing quality assurance testing
- Writing user guidance for project products
- Arranging and running user training sessions for project products Completing other tasks assigned by the Head of Technology Project Management as required
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised & process driven
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Attention to detail
- Ambitious and forward thinking
- Ability to take initiative
- Experience working with Microsoft office
- No degree or formal project management qualification required
- Project management experience preferred but not necessary
