Technology Mobile Device Service Owner - Enterprise Technology (ET)
About the Role:
The Deliveroo Enterprise Technology team conceives, designs, builds and sustains the IT services powering Deliveroo's internal teams globally, as we transform the way customers eat. We continually promote service improvements and love to automate everything we can on our journey towards customer delight.
As the first ET Mobile Device Service Owner you will manage the end-to-end Enterprise Technology Mobile Device Service to our employees in collaboration with partner functions and your supplier base. You will work with stakeholders to assess requirements for our Mobile service offering and ensure we source effectively with fit for purpose service models (internally and externally) globally. You will report to the Service Management & Onboarding Lead. This is a hybrid role based in London.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the Mobile Device service offering from Enterprise Technology to our user base.
- Ensure all partner functions and suppliers are underpinned by OLAs and SLAs to support a consistent and expected service for our user base.
- Work with the partner ET teams (e.g. Workplace Technology) to ensure frequent review of company Mobile Device standards and variations per department if appropriate.
- Work with Workplace Tech and Asset Management to ensure the lifecycle of mobile devices is tracked and managed appropriately.
- Analysing and optimising the purchasing of mobile phones globally
- Ensuring there is a maintenance plan around the company mobile devices from purchase to disposal.
- Tracking spend against mobile-related POs, ensuring spend follows approved budget, highlighting where spend is tracking higher than budget and raising new POs when needed, with relevant approval.
- Operationally manage the mobile device vendor and assure there is a service that is fit for purpose
- Collaborate with security and workplace tech to ensure devices are registered and secure.
Requirements:
- Above all, a customer- obsessed mindset, doing what is necessary to delight our colleagues
- Deep understanding of Mobile Device Management standards.
- Strong experience of building and maintaining reporting dashboards.
- Collaborative, comfortable adapting to change and learning quickly in a dynamic organisation.
- Be highly organised and able to manage workload effectively. Strong communication skills at all levels within the organisation.
