Joining Bupa a s a Technology Graduate we ’ll support you by developing capabilities in technology, digital, and data in line with our technology strategy. This will enable your journey in becoming a technology specialist and an aspiring future leader.

By living and breathing Bupa’s culture and values, you’ll work collaboratively with others, deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships through stakeholder management.

Being technically talented means you may be finding solutions to problems through coding, supporting us with risk management to keep our customers and colleagues safe, helping us define our technology strategy or investigating and using big data.

We already have a wealth of experience in digital , launching new apps and technology which support our members and colleagues with their personal wellbeing. Bupa can offer you the support and direction you need to get to where you want to be in the future . We're a diverse business, so you’ll gain exposure and insight into how a global company operates . During your time with us , y ou'll learn how to navigate across different business areas, manage multiple stakeholders and get involved in various projects.

Our blended learning programme means you’ll get more than just practical experience. Y ou’ll also be working towards an MSc Digital and Technology Solutions, Level 7 qualification. You’ll be encouraged to apply what you’ve learnt in your role, turning theory into reality while developing skills that will last a lifetime.

Throughout all of this you’ll also have the support of a Placement Manager, who’ll be on hand to provide you with encouragement, development opportunities, and look after your wellbeing . They’ll support you to instil Bupa’s culture, values, and behaviours, deliver excellent customer service and build solid relationships across the business while developing skills such as stakeholder management and problem solving. Helping you gain the experience needed to take ownership of projects, tasks and drive your personal development .

Qualifications needed for this role:

•Grade A * - C GCSE English and Maths or L evel 2 (Grade 4) equivalent
