Crown London Aspinalls (Crown London) is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join the IT team.
Working with the Head of IT, the Support Analyst will provide technical support and advice to employees and will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of IT systems at Crown London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform scheduled system maintenance, ensuring all employees are aware of upcoming changes
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles
- Provide desktop support for all users, including for company-specific applications
- Assist the Head of IT with any IT projects, eg. the roll out of hardware and software changes across the company, and documenting company processes.
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Be a current holder of a Personal Management Licence or have the ability to hold one
- Grade C or 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language, Mathematics, ICT/Computer Science
- Operational experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Servers/desktops, Microsoft Office, Exchange Online, MS Teams
- Experience with IT administration, managing confidential information and working to strict deadlines
- Effective problem solving skills, ability to prioritise tasks and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and deliver service excellence at all times
Desirable:
- Microsoft Certification. Crown London will consider support for applicants wishing to complete a relevant qualification via the apprenticeship scheme
- Operational experience in a casino or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of VMware Horizon/vSphere/Workspace One, Storage Area Networks (NetApp), SQL, SharePoint, Intelligent Gaming (Neon), Sage X3, Aruba switches, Checkpoint firewalls, HPE Servers
