Job description
We are currently seeking to recruit a Structural Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will need to have a strong desire to learn and be able to work within a team environment, supporting the civil and structural engineers with the delivery of new and existing projects. The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines is essential.
Essential experience/skills
- HND aligned to civil &/or structural engineering
- A minimum of 6 years relevant industry experience
- Experience in the residential sector is essential
- Have an extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and its operation
- An ability to produce construction details for the residential and commercial sectors
- Experience in detailing structural steelwork and reinforced concrete
- Hold a full UK Driving License
- Be committed to continual professional development
- Be organised and pro-active
