As a Crutchfield A/V Technician Apprentice you will:

Learn on-the-job under the supervision of our experienced CEDIA certified A/V technicians. This apprenticeship will teach you how to deliver and install all the cool A/V products we sell in our state-of-the-art store. As an apprentice, you will complete both hands-on projects on job sites and earn certifications to help you advance in your career with Crutchfield. In addition, you will be a Crutchfield ambassador to our customers by ensuring our customer’s expectations are always exceeded.

Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to use computer and necessary software
• Interest or experience in home A/V products
• Eagerness to build technical knowledge and a willingness to put in the effort to develop news skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well as part of a team
• Ability to identify problems and find ways to resolve challenges

Hours, Salary, and Benefits

Hours are generally Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. This full-time position starts at $17.00/hour with a benefits package, including a generous paid time off plan, wellness program, tuition reimbursement, and generous employee purchase plan. This entry-level position is the first step towards a career with Crutchfield as an experienced A/V Technician. Our experienced A/V Technicians earn in the mid to high forties.
