Job description
- Generate daily exception reports, analyse cash to meter data to the standard required and where possible ensure any corrupt data is amended.
- Identify cash discrepancies and exhaust all avenues of investigation before requesting site visits by the service/collections departments to resolve.
- Pass unresolved cash discrepancies to the relevant Revenue Protection Manager by way of the electronic logs or via verbal/email communication.
- Identify and refer meter/machine stock code errors to the relevant department and report machine faults to the Service Department by means of in-house applications.
- Input comments during data analysis and update databases detailing findings and action taken by Revenue Protection Department.
- Input, update and report on breaches of procedures and errors made by field staff to the relevant departments and/or Revenue Protection Managers, by way of in-house databases.
- To accurately maintain the company crime database by inputting reported incidents such as break-ins, fraud & counterfeit coins etc. then subsequently reporting as required.
- To project a high security profile, particularly in relation to quality and accuracy of documentation.
- Where allocated Revenue Protection Assistants will be responsible for the collation of security responses generated as a result of security & account manager meetings.
- Revenue Protection Assistants will respond to any security issues raised in conjunction with the Revenue Protection Manager.
- Where applicable Revenue Protection Assistants will work to deadlines and collate relevant information to build specific/various customer reports working to deadlines.
- Provide information to assist the Revenue Protection Manager (Office) as and when required.
- To maintain a good line of communication and report all security matters to revue protection Manager (office) and Revenue Protection Managers (Field)
- Ensure all instructions from the Revenue Protection Manager (Office) or Head of Security & Compliance are carried out fully.
- Proactively assist in maintaining high standard and effective lines of communication to both internal and external customers.
- Complete all office administration daily, i.e., post and filing etc.
- Conduct yourself in such a way as will reflect favourably on the Company, whilst maintaining a clean and presentable appearance.
- Ensure that your work area is kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Comply with all Health and Safety, fire drill and accident instructions whilst on the company premises
