Intake Date: Monday, September 11, 2023
Minimum Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. You must also be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PST or MDT or relocate to a specific office (Vancouver or site-based)
Desired background: For this exciting position we are specifically targeting students with a background in Computer Science, Science, Engineering or Mathematics. We are looking for students with strong communication skills, an analytical mentality, driven to learn and with a good understanding of software application. Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Develop and write technical documentation
- Update existing user guides for software applications
- Develop and document work procedures
- Cooperate with team members to refine content of documentation
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Sound interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cooperate with team members
- Self-directed and resilient, with the ability to develop content independently and revise based on feedback
- Competent in the use of MS Office 365
- Able to build and nurture positive relationships
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Able to analyze, understand and articulate sophisticated ideas efficiently
- Able to work efficiently independently as well as part of the team
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Able to communicate with precision in a technical environment
- Able to articulate sophisticated concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand
