We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to join our amazing Portfolio Delivery and Change team.
Base Location: Hybrid (Flexible) with some occasional travel to Gilwell Park
Term: Fixed Term until March 2024
Salary: £35,000, Band E, Level 3- Inclusive of OLW & a Market Supplement.
Hours: 35 hours per week

About the PMO Coordinator Role:
As our PMO Coordinator, you will be supporting a fast paced team of project & change professionals.
What we are looking for in our PMO Coordinator:
- Excellent timemanagement & organisational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload & multitask as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong experience of supporting a Project Management Office and working in the project/change management field more generally
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies, templates and terminology.
- Experience of working with and supporting projects and change initiatives to deliver success
- Proven experience of working collaboratively to achieve required outcomes on time, to budget, to quality standards.
- A team player who is comfortable working with project & change professionals
- Willingness to take on ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Key responsibilities as our PMO Coordinator:
- Collation of information and data for reports (monthly Portoflio reports, Operational Project reports and Change data) and high level of analysis of themes
- Upkeep of key reporting data dashboards including projects and change, and cascading of information in engaging formats
- Coordination of reporting deadlines and ensuring teams report on time; tracking progress
- Actions management for Portfolio level risks and issues, ensuring critical mitigations are monitored
- Scheduling larger meetings and workshops; meeting preparation and follow up; taking notes
- Maintenance and formatting of PMO and Change templates, contribution to continuous improvement
- Supporting the preparation of presentation slides for key meetings and events
- Supporting Project & Change Manager with key administration and logistics tasks
