BLN24 is looking for an Technical Editor to join our team.

What you bring to the Game:

• 3-5 years of experience as an editor for Department of Transportatoin, Government, or Agency organizations; BA Degree related to Communications or English is a plus
• Has familiarity with various Style Guides for formatting/templating purposes
• Ability to review/revise Agency documentation – that is generally technical in nature – with mid-to-expert level word processing capability
• High-level capability with word processing applications (MS Word, Google Docs, Notion, WPS Office, or Werdsmith)
• Capable of generating content with authors to check the correctness of specialized terminology, equations, and combinability of textual and visual elements; accomplishes this iterative task to produce exceptional documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and capable of editing several documents within a given timeframe; schedule driven; and history of editing technical documentation a plus
