What you'll do

Act as the technical lead to a team of Tester Analyst working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
Be capable of deep diving into implementation details of automation scripts and test frameworks across the technology stacks.
Be at the forefront of significant technology initiatives from inception to successful deployment.
Work closely with Architecture and design to develop optimal test approaches
Coordination of Test Environments, Test Resources, Test Tools and 3rd Parties in line with Test Plans.
Help shape the technical direction and the improvement of tools and processes across the department
Coach Test Analysts to build a high performing, collaborating and self-organising team
Line management of Test Analysts, including performance and development management and objective setting

What you'll bring

Extensive software engineering experience
Excellent Java 8+ knowledge and a strong understanding of Spring framework
Experience following coding standards and performing peer code reviews
CI/CD experience (ideally with Jenkins)
Strong communication skills
Desire to continuously learn and share knowledge with others
