We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our small, multi-skilled Learning Consultancy. The responsibilities in this role are considerably varied driven by the expansion of our business, which resells and supports a small portfolio of training related applications.

You should have technical knowledge and experience, although not necessarily extensive as training will be provided. When sufficiently competent you will have responsibility for specific tasks and procedures within a defined area of the Support Team. As your experience grows, additional responsibilities will be assigned that may require further training or certification.

The ideal candidate will have the following technical experience:

· Knowledge and experience of one or more of the following Microsoft technologies – Windows both desktop and server, MS365, Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure, Teams and Dynamics.

· Experience or knowledge of learning management systems and/or eLearning content development tools is desirable, but not essential as training will be given.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

· Personable team player with customer communication skills

· GCSE in English & Maths

· Able to work independently and efficiently to meet our Service Level Agreements

· Able to promptly answer support related emails and phone calls and raise support tickets via our CRM system

· Self-Motivated, detail-orientated and organised

· Willing or able to document and maintain processes

· Experienced with hardware and software issues

· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills

· Commercial awareness and be able to identify opportunities

Main duties and responsibilities:

As the successful applicant progresses through the various stages of onboarding and upskilling, we would anticipate their role will encompass elements of the following areas, eventually taking on responsibility for these areas:

· Support Desk

· Monitoring and Maintaining Cloud

· Documentation including reports, processes etc.

· Upskill / enhance current knowledge of Microsoft technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Education:
