About the Role
You will be working within the technology department to provide technical support to our customers. This position will suit someone who has previous experience in a previous technical or IT support role.
· Provide front-line technical support to customers.
· Process emails, support tickets and customer enquiries.

About You
· Minimum 1 year in a Technical / IT support role.
· Ability to think strategically.
· Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS
· Excellent written and oral English.
· Strong communication skills.
· A genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service.
· Good attention to detail and very organised.
· Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive and can-do attitude.
· Interest in technology.
· Degree in computer science or information technology is advantageous.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,250.72 per year
