Monday - Friday (Hybrid after training)

Main duties and responsibilities
- To provide dedicated first line support to clients
- To log and update all IT related incidents/requests.
- To investigate, diagnose and solve support issues.
This role is a mix of inbound calls and emails- heavily concentrating on client interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
