Graduate Scheme (Product Management)

Location: Peterborough, UK

Salary: £31,848, £1000 Sign on Bonus, 10% Annual Bonus, Share Scheme, Pension, Flexible working, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Job Role:

The rotational product management graduate programme at Caterpillar offers a structured development plan for aspiring product managers. Over the two years, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. You’ll help to come up with innovative solutions, launch new products, and have a direct impact on the bottom line.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead cross functional projects related to the product lifecycle for the 2.8-7.1L product and services portfolio (concept, new product launch, phase out)
  • Coordinate and present business cases that improve customer value/profitability to our senior management team
  • Provide input and participate in workshops to refine our Product and Services strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability
  • Support new business and growth opportunities
  • Lead process improvement projects to improve efficiencies, quality and drive customer value
