InsureLine is a leading Insurance Brokerage with 30+ locations in Canada. We are currently expanding our support team and looking for Junior Technical Support Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support members in a prompt, polite and friendly manner
- Support corporate Microsoft 365
- Support corporate Azure Cloud environment
- Support corporate Internet, WIFI, LAN and end user devices
- Support corporate broker management system (Applied Epic)
- Participate in continued population of Knowledge Management and overall optimization of process flow
- Report monthly on IT support and website metrics
- Optimize, recommend and implement process enhancements as required
- Implement and maintain IT security
Required Skills:
- General Microsoft 365 productivity suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- iOS / Android / Outlook email setup and configuration
- Web hosting experience and management of domains (registration, DNS, email, subdomains etc)
- Network topology understanding including routers, switches, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN
- Computer hardware & software support and maintenance
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud administration
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Previous experience in a similar role
- VOIP experience a plus
As an insurance brokerage, we use specialized software for supporting customers, quotes, policies and reporting. The ideal candidate would have an opportunity to be trained on Canada's leading insurance software called Applied Epic provided by Applied Systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
