We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance , troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and enhancing the company's infrastructure and providing support to local and remote employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, networking devices and peripheral equipment.
· Maintain hardware software inventories.
· Administration of network services and server user access.
· Perform system and user data backup and recovery operations.
- Be the primary contact for the New Jersey network.
- Provide technical support to local and remote computer users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, business applications and network services.
- Research knowledge bases and other Internet resources to aid in problem resolution.
- · Provide telephone system support.
- Provide end-user training on corporate systems and tools.
- Research knowledge bases and liaise with third-party support to aid in problem resolution.
Requirements:
· Minimum-three years of relevant IT experience.
· College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science.
· Must have experience with the following:
Microsoft technologies, AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Routers, VPN, Virtual Servers.
The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is considered an asset.
