Sales support agent - Required for this established, expanding tour operator. They are looking for an experience travel professional, from a reservations or operations background, homebased, salary 22k plus 1.2k working from home allowance plus comm, OTE around 28/31k.

Sales support agents duties
- Working from home helping the sales team deal with bookings once they have been made
- Making amendments to bookings when required, this could be date changes, adding passengers, adding excursions, insurance etc
- Problem solving
Sales support agents skills required
- Experience working for a travel agency or tour operations, in reservations or operations
- Strong IT skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Polite and professional
Additional information
- 9am and 5.30pm
- 2 Saturdays per month with days off during the week, not open on Sundays
- salary 22k, 1.2k home working allowance plus comm
