You will join us as a Customer Service Advisor, supporting our Managing Director and existing Support Exec in delivering the businesses goals and objectives. The AGG SMART system is a cloud based customer management and shipping system for the concrete and aggregate industry. Efficiency and clear communications are a vital part of our working practices. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Having a full understanding of the AGG SMART system and ensuring your knowledge is kept up to date at all times.
- Supporting with Customer Service aspects of our system, including answering telephone and email queries.
- Ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring clear and regular communications with customers.
- Maintaining and updating written user guides to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
The above list is not exhaustive. You will be expected to perform duties as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the Company, as directed.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- Experience of Customer Management Systems (CMS).
- Be technically minded and have the ability to operate Windows, TeamViewer and Android systems.
- Experience of working within a Customer Service / Technical Support role or similar.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- This role also requires you to have a full driving licence as travel may be required as an aspect of the role.
It is desirable, but not essential, that you will have either knowledge of or a desire to learn:
- Technical knowledge of databases (mySQL).
- Programming knowledge (javascript, HTML5, PHP, ASP).
- Background knowledge of the aggregate / ready-mix concrete / haulage industry.
