- Responsible for providing technical support on a range of heating products to both internal and external customer via telephone, email, live chat and video calling
- Aiming to achieve first time resolution to enquiries and dealing with customers in an efficient and professional manner
- To record and monitor the nature of enquiries and resolutions on appropriate platforms, pro-actively develop excellent working knowledge of the product range
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- An ability to engage in technical conversation to ascertain nature of queries
- Experience of working in a busy environment, demonstrating resilience and tenacity
- An ACS qualification or similar recognised industry related qualification is preferred
- A strong ability to network and build relationships quickly
- Strong problem solving skills and an ability to think laterally
- Analytical with an ability to draw inference from data
- Knowledge of the heating industry in the UK and Ireland
- Good IT skills with excellent understanding of virtual meeting packages
- Background in a customer focused environment
- Enthusiastic and can demonstrate Customer Focus
- Self-motivated
- Flexible
- Strong attention to details with a continuous improvement mind-set

Working Hours: 37.5 hours, rotating shifts , including Saturdays on a rota basis
