Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. (salary. £32,000pa FTE)
Reporting to the COO, you will provide administrative support to the COO, CEO, CTO and other management team members.
The Team PA will be responsible for fostering smooth communication and coordination, and ensuring the team's day-to-day operations run efficiently.
This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
This vacancy is newly created and is an excellent chance for someone to take ownership of the role and make a long term commitment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with client / team / supplier communications
- Personal administrative support such as diary organisation and prioritisation
- Booking travel and accommodation for team members
- Organising and overseeing the smooth execution of team events
Essential Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) and comfortable with learning new tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and a team player.
- Previous experience supporting a team or working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Desirable Experience.
- Experience of using a project management software (we use Asana) will be beneficial.
- Experience of working in a remote team
- Top notch PowerPoint skills
Essential Criteria / Information
The majority of your work will take place at your home. You will need a dedicated area in which to work that is interruption free. You will also need a desk and chair. You will be supplied with a top-spec laptop and peripherals.
We have 4 meet ups a year (not in school holidays) you will be expected to attend these as you will be organising them!
Ideally you will be based in the following areas: within 30 miles of Norwich or Cambridge. This will make occasional meet-ups with COO / CEO easy.
Working Hours: There is some flexibility with start and finish times.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular office hours.
