Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dedicated Marina Manager, to deliver the successful day to day operation at Richardson's Wroxham Day Boats including management of health, safety and legislative guidelines.
The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, have a pragmatic and flexible approach, excellent communicator with team members and customers and be able to adapt within the role. The Marina Manager will be responsible for exceeding expectations in line with our vision and mission and will believe and deliver our company values.
With the busy working environment the candidates would be able to multi-task whilst working under pressure to meet deadlines. A background of engineering or carpentry would be beneficial and previous experience of marinas would be desirable but not essential.
