Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hardware, software systems resulting in high level end user satisfaction. Utilise knowledge of equipment and systems in order to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
Job Functions
-Provide first level technical support for all Cinco Amor Ltd. clients. This will consist of support via the phone and online (through N-Able), as well as onsite support at client offices
-Onsite support can include, and is not limited to, changing drives, assisting in computer/laptop setups, fixing hardware issues etc. Ensuring that all onsite support time is allocated in Freshdesk
- Assist in producing reports and analysis for clients upon completion of site visits
- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems to the client’s satisfaction
- Updating computer related systems
- Installing new hardware
- Utilise and maintain helpdesk software – ensuring tickets are actioned, escalated and closed in a timely manner; ensuring positive stats for the business
- Managing, inventorying and auditing of IT assets
- Establish relationships with and maintain open communication with all relevant vendors and clients
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, due to the nature and business of various Cinco Amor Ltd. clients.
- Attend, be prepared for and participate in meetings
- Accurately document status of all assigned jobs with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel, to multiple destinations, sometimes at short notice
- Ad-hoq maintenance and repair of equipment
- Assist line manager in various projects required for business development at Cinco Amor Ltd.

Essential Skills
- At least 1 years’ experience as a IT Support Technician
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Strong troubleshooting and problem solving
- Earn and maintain trust and respect of all employees, co-workers and clients
- Posses an intuitive nature with the ability to quickly learn new tasks and procedures
Personal Attributes
Essential Working Knowledge Of
-Windows Client OS’s & Applications (Win 7 – Win 10 / Office etc.)
-Basic Active Directory administration
-Desktop and Laptop hardware
-Asset Management
Desirable Working Knowledge Of
-Windows Server Technology (2008R2 – 2019)
-Low level network infrastructure
-MS System Centre Configuration Manager
-Experience in Microsoft Group Policy
-Excellent general written and verbal communications skills.
