Technical Sourcer | Hammersmith (3 month FTC starting early May - end of July)
Hybrid working 3 days per week in our lovely new Hammersmith office

What you will do
- Be accountable for the identification (sourcing) and engagement of diverse engineering talent - fast!
- Track sourcing metrics and draw insights
- Be a brand ambassador - engaging and cultivating your network through Meetups, webinars and new innovative approaches
Skills and experience you will have
- Extensive experience sourcing software engineers (Backend/Frontend/SRE) on platforms like Github etc.
- Multitasking across pipelines, building and managing diverse candidate pipelines
- Analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
