Responsibilities
- Deliver profitable sales growth of admixture systems in the South East construction market to achieve sales & strategy targets in line with the action plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within our current customer base with CRM being used to identify and develop new business in line with sales targets agreed with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and other key area personnel to support our key national accounts working in your area.
- Sound concrete technical understanding is required to support our customer base with the development of existing and future innovation and product development.
- Liaise with the Watertight Sales Managers to identify and support sales opportunities to increase market share in line with UK watertight strategy.
- Create, develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within our nominated CRM system Salesforce.
- Work in conjunction with all internal stakeholders to ensure all processes are complied with to ensure our customer service and safety targets are met.
Experience
- A professional salesperson with a length of related sales experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Previous experience with technical based enquiries within a construction sales role is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary. You will be working 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
