As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our technical staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of technical roles and skill sets, and a proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CoolSnail Technology's hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs at CoolSnail Technologies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate technical assessments and evaluations, such as coding tests or technical projects, to assess candidates' abilities.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process at CoolSnail Technologies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages on behalf of CoolSnail Technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to ensure CoolSnail Technology remains competitive.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- X+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including software engineering, data science, product management, and related fields.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical professionals and hiring managers.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus.
