Salary - £21,801 per annum
37.5 per week working Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm

Our Spares Purchasing team are super helpful experts who make sure our Customer Repair Centre has everything they need!


Working in both an administrative and hands on role you’ll support our technical purchasing team to identify and resolve spare parts issues, increasing spares availability, reducing cost and delivering great customer service.


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Supporting the technical purchasing team in the day-to-day spares purchasing operation
  • Investigating dead on arrival stock and arranging for it to be returned to our suppliers or scrapped
  • Processing any spare parts manufacturer recalls
  • Investigating spare parts failings, and reporting findings to compliance team
  • Assisting with performing spares investigations to improve spares purchasing KPIs
  • Assisting in resolving all spares queries raised from Repair Centre, Forward Stock Locations, Third Parties and Contact Centres


You will need:


  • A basic understanding of the workings of electrical products such as computers, mobile phones, tablets, televisions, etc
  • The ability to work within a team and adapt quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to drive personal performance to support own development
  • Effective time management skills
