We are looking to appoint an engineering project manager to manage & co-ordinate projects.
Key features of the role:
·Managing and growing of customer relationships.
·Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/subcontractors.
·Develop detailed project plans and scheduled to monitor and track progress.
·Collaborate with Engineering/R&D leaders to direct teams involved with the project and achieve project deliverables.
·Responsible for the leadership of multiple projects.
·Establish and implement strong governance of the project management process.
·Report and escalate to senior management as needed.
Skills Required
·Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
·Proven working experience in Project Management with software, hardware and mechanical integration requirements.
·Background in engineering.
·Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
·Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
·Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
·Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
Desired but not essential skills:
·Product development background in a hands-on role i.e Software, Hardware, Mechanical Engineering
·Formal engineering qualification.
·PRINCE2 qualified
