The role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Delivering Software Projects) to join us at our Coleshill office with hybrid working options available. You will be an integral part of the business when it comes to delivering on promises to our customers with regards to further updates, and enhancements to our award wining SaaS CRM Solution. You will be facing off to our customers as well as our internal Software Development teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Management of software implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Creation and maintenance of project plans
- Ensure that the resources available are aligned with the project timescales / constraints and raise risks where deadlines are unachievable
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
- Produce project status reports and other project communications
- Manage risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered to timescales and to the highest standards, facilitating discussion and suggesting escalation actions when appropriate
- Ensuring all areas of projects are delivered to specification and are signed off by stakeholders and documented appropriately prior to Go-
- Day to day management of multiple (<10) concurrent projects
Person specification
Essential:
- Experience successfully delivering software projects
- Prior experience of managing expectations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring confidence with conflict resolution, and enabling them to adapt their style to different stakeholders.
- Experience managing effectively managing project risks
- Methodical approach to managing project and project stakeholders
- Sufficient technical understanding to be able to understand problems and guide delivery to successful completion
- Proficient in the use of MS project / other project management tools
- The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude with a strong project background.
Desirable:
- Hold an active, industry recognised Project Management Qualification
- Prince 2 Agile Qualified
- Experience managing Dynamics 365 based projects
- Understanding and appreciation of Agile project management
