- Assist the Programme Manager in coordinating and executing project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate logistics for testing events, conference room pilots, and other project-related activities, including scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
Act as a central point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors,
Track and monitor project progress, milestones, and action items, and follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Collaborate with the Programme Manager to prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and presentations.- Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager when necessary.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English [and any additional required languages].
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
Previous experience in project coordination or administration is desirable, but not mandatory.
Familiarity with enterprise systems deployment projects or prior exposure to such projects would be an advantage.
Must possess a tenacious approach – the role holder will need to chase down Senior Consultants and Senior Leaders, so must possess a strong character and be resilient conistently
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required ; flexibility on working hours, different timezones
Language skills would be advantageous, especially Spanish
