CDS is seeking an IT Project Manager (IT PM), to join our Enterprise Project Team, to bring service and leadership at the technical level to both Century and our internal customers. An ideal candidate must have supply chain & logistics experience in addition to project management expertise. This role will develop, manage, and deliver projects that enhance and expand Century’s capabilities using agile methodology. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

• Create projects and delegate tasks to meet requirements for projects received/assigned that are typically multiple department initiatives and align to the overall IT strategic plan
• Provide technical project support for Digital Transformation Team initiatives
• Create, execute, and communicate project timeframes by establishing deadlines and budgeting estimates with collaborators and stakeholders
• Manage internal project lists to ensure deliverables are clear, prioritized and are achieved
• Ensure each project is delivered in compliance with our SSAE18 requirements and aligned with our best practices for IT security
• Assist in meeting Century’s mission to create the most responsive and customized logistics services available in the market by providing excellent customer service
• Stay up to date on all VMS® modules and new enhancements to provide cross functional insights and training

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 2- or 4-year degree in Computer Sciences, Supply Chain, Business Administration (or relevant area) or combination of experience/certification(s)
• 5+ years of IT Project Management
• Supply Chain/ Logistics industry experience
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proven history of time-management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration and entrepreneurial instincts
• Commitment to continual acquisition of knowledge within IT at Century
