Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Field Sales Executives and Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual bookings objectives for the UK market.
- Recruit and coach a team with a focus on producing the next generation of leadership for Google Cloud and build a team that embodies customer empathy.
- Create and drive innovative programs focused on delivering growth at Google scale. Meet with customers/prospects/policy makers and participate directly in shaping the key deals and accounts within the sector.
- Continue to inject operational aptitude into the organization and help focus activities on the largest return efforts.
- Provide leadership that is relevant for where the UK public sector cloud market is going in the future and how Google Cloud supports that to both the internal team and federal customers.
