Key Role:
Combine business and technical comprehension of the program to assess needs and define system requirements with users. Using Agile management techniques, develop an IT road map and strategy that integrates custom development with preexisting tools to meet the organizationâs vision. Lead coordination efforts with the clientâs legal and information management offices, business partners, executives, technology stakeholders, and system owners to define requirements and develop an approach. Maintain responsibility for scheduling, preparing, and executing milestone reviews, and presenting at large stakeholder meetings to gain approvals and buy-in.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with project management for software or systems development and delivery
Experience with project management frameworks and best practices and the systems and software development life cycle, including scope, schedule, and risk identification and management
Experience with developing and reviewing IT programmatic documentation and plans, including capturing and documenting requirements
Experience with governance processes and control gates and customer and stakeholder relations and engagement, including Agile management techniques to direct the daily operations of a technology team
Experience with financial, schedule, and performance oversight
Experience with security, including authorization, authentication, and status reporting
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio
Experience with the Agile development methodology
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to brief senior leaders
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal, team leadership, development, and client relationship skills
Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.Work Model
