We are hiring a self-motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for managing billable customer projects from conception to delivery, with exceptional, measurable customer satisfaction results. As a member of our services team, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients and internal teams to ensure that deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, and that the project meets the client’s business objectives as outlined at the onset of the project. Key Responsibilities


The main responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage billable customer projects from conception to completion, resulting in exceptional and measurable customer satisfaction results. As a member of our services team, the Project Manager works directly with our clients and internal teams to ensure that deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, and that the project meets the client’s business objectives as outlined at the onset of the project.
  • Ensure that identified business outcomes are met through the successful completion of services engagements
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage activities of internal and external teams • Effectively manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements
  • Manage complex projects in which multiple technologies, resources, or sites may be involved
  • Ensure that service deliverables meet stated customer expectations, and are completed on time and within budget
  • Understand and manage scope of work and ensure out of scope work is captured and managed through a change order or events notice
  • Hold project team accountable to ensure quality; identify and manage quality issues and escalate as necessary
  • Manage project financials to targeted margin results; provide to management accurate forecasting associated with billings
  • Ensure the project team adheres to quality and time management processes such as change controls and timecard submissions
  • Responsible for providing timely communication of relevant project information to all internal and external project stakeholders
  • Provide status reports and updates as needed to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and secure signoff on the acceptance criteria; oversee the review and timely delivery of project assets
  • Attain targeted billable utilization and revenue objectives
  • Actively work to remove obstacles to progress and escalates issues as necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Four or more years of relevant project management experience, with direct and transferable skills including experience in a customer-facing position managing external projects
  • Four-year college degree, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is required • Relevant experience in the IT Professional Services arena with strong technical aptitude
  • Relevant experience in the IT Professional Services arena with strong technical aptitude
  • Experience in cyber security is preferred, but not required
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required for the successful management of projects, not estimated to exceed 50% of the time
  • Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and on time, on budget deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to address and resolve escalations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and customer demands
  • Strong knowledge and experience with collaboration tools and MS office suite, and expert user of MS Project. Knowledge of additional software tools appropriate to individual focus
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to varying audiences
  • Ability to exhibit appropriate professional behavior with colleagues and customers Ability to contribute to a performance-driven, positive work environment
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work on problems of complex scope
