The mission of the Central Data Organization (CDO) is to develop and deliver Data Science capabilities and solutions. The organization requires a Program Manager to efficiently and effectively manage operations with goals of increasing time to value, creating excitement around data science, and growing our data talent.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage CDO processes, resources, tools (communication/collaboration) and communications, possibly leading a team
- Build and oversee service portfolio (programs and projects) framework, process, governance
- Manage university partnerships and resources, engagement and planning
- Oversee staffing and recruiting process
- Manage team tools for communication and collaboration
- Ownership of communication strategy, plan and execution for
- CDO Strategy
- Portfolio

- Facilitate CDO leadership operations
- Manage organization budget/forecast
