You Are:
As a Programmatic Media Manager, you will implement client campaigns across Display, Mobile, Native, Audio and Video channels. You'll ensure that best practices are implemented, and client goals are being met and exceeded. Our team is comprised of innovative, data driven eCommerce experts with best-in-class technology, creative, design, marketing and Amazon services capabilities. Our clients are some of the fastest growing and most well regarded digital-first retail brands in the U.S.
The Work:
Be the resident expert on all things Programmatic trading; maintaining platform certifications, and staying up to date on industry trends in both the Retail and DTC verticals.
Run campaigns supporting our proprietary product, Hyphen. Hyphen is a media optimization engine and shoppable technology all-in-one. (Learn more about Hyphen here - https://thestable.com/products/hyphen)
Deploy knowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem , including CTV, Standard Display, Native, Responsive Display, Digital Out of Home, Digital Audio, etc.
Contribute to and support established best practice optimization processes, campaign set up, client communication, and more.
Build, QA, monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure deliverables and KPIs are met.
Monitor, report, perform analysis, and monitor pacing of all assigned campaigns; adjust if needed to remain in budget parameters.
Multi-task and manage multiple client accounts seamlessly with tight timelines and The Stable's work cadence.
Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within your campaigns and across campaigns as a whole.
Support the team in building documentation for media processes.
Stay up-to-speed on the most recent updates for impactful platforms and technologies and their implications for clients (policies, insights, restrictions) and performance (tracking).
Provide data analysis of campaign performance metrics to develop optimization approach to improve campaigns with different buying models and optimization techniques.
Keep key stakeholders, including clients and account teams, updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings.
Research the latest digital media content trends and stay up-to-date with the landscape. Provide thoughtful Point of Views (POVs) to internal media teams.
Here's what you need:
A minimum of 2 years' career experience trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, brand, DSP or Ad Network; and,
A minimum of 2 years' hands-on keyboard experience working with a DSP (i.e., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, StackAdapt, etc.),
Bonus Points For:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business
Experience with DMPs (i.e., LiveRamp, etc.), ad servers (i.e., DCM, FlashTalking, Sizmek, etc.), third party verification vendors (i.e., IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat), and/or media accounting systems (i.e., MediaOcean, Prisma, Adazzle)
Experience with real-time bidding, attribution models, and associated technologies
Basic tag trouble-shooting skills
Experience in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis
In-depth understanding of digital media fundamentals and language
Agency experience is preferred
Travel:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
