An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Technical Lead – Endpoint Management to join our IT- Team at McArthurGlen.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Support Manager, your core focus will be to fulfil project related work and level 3 problem resolution in conjunction with the service desk team. You will be the primary technical lead for Video Conferencing, Telephony, MDM and Office365 related administrative portal to provide proactive management and support.

To be successful you’ll bring...
Extensive knowledge of software-based video conferencing tool such as Microsoft teams, or Bluejeans.- Familiarity with different types of video conferences, such as webinars, online meetings, and virtual events.
- Ability to understand complex issues and explain them to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Possess a strong people orientation with the ability to listen, work and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Must excel in collaborative team environment.
- Basic knowledge of apple device management Solution.
