The Technical HR Data and Analytics Manager is responsible for executing our advanced HR analytics and data strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR data platform/ data products/hub/lake, a deep understanding of HR metrics and analytics, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role will partner with HR to help assess and prioritize HR analytics and data initiatives. They will work with IT to ensure projects are staffed with the right skilled resources and delivered according to HR's expectations.

They will lead and develop a team of highly skilled analysts, manage vendor relationships, and keep abreast of new and emerging product capabilities and best practices.

  • BSc/BA or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence
