- Customer Service Advisor - Technical
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm/ 9.30am - 6pm
- Trafford Park
- Hybrid working 2 days per week after training
We are recruiting for a client who specialises in communications - Broadband, VoIP, Provisioning, Ethernet, 1st line Support.
You will ideally have strong customer service experience. Whether this be face to face, call centre. The role will require you to work on the phone, email and live chat so previous experience in one/all of these is advantageous.
