Job Title: Technical Co-Ordinator - Resourcing

Salary: £27221
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with general day to day activities, including diary management, analysing data and compilation of reports
- CV review, organising and supporting interviews ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
- Liaising with internal customers, candidates and suppliers taking responsibility for certain specified duties
- Maintenance and storage of documentation
- Understand and comply with Health and Safety requirements within the workspace, and proactively facilitate any Health and Safety actions as required
Your skills and experiences:
- An experienced administrator with a comprehensive understanding of administrative systems, processes, and procedures
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A good communicator with experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office software
- An Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience of working in a similar role within Recruitment is desirable
