FUNDED CHEMICAL SCIENCE DEGREE WHILST IN EMPLOYMENT

What the role will involve?
We are offering a contract to work in the Research & Development / QC Team whilst following a BSc (Hons) Chemical Science Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
This is a distance learning course, requiring regular study, estimated at 8-10 hours per week, and one week per annum residential at MMU.
Applicants should have a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC), with one being chemistry and also possess GCSE’s in Mathematics and English (grade A*-C / 9-4).
The contract will be for 4 years subject to the student satisfactorily meeting course requirements to progress through the BSc (Hons) programme in 4 years together with good performance in work.
The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week (with one day allotted for study) This will involve the quality control, development and improvement of Perspex® and Asterite® acrylic sheet and composites products at Darwen, Lancashire,
