OFFICE MANAGER / PA SOUGHT BY VERY SUCCESSFUL GLOBAL FINANCE BUSINESS
Successful candidate must have experience of working with Senior Directors and an ability to manage a busy office
My Client is one of the leaders in their field and they are now looking for an Office Manager who will also act as a PA to senior management
- Managing a busy office in Central London
Organise company events and internal meetings
Manage office budget
- Assist the with all administration duties, including typing, photocopying ,filing, data input and any document formatting/amendments
- Support internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, presentations and information packs
- Provide specific project support as and when required
- Arrange any international and domestic travel and accommodation arrangements
- Ensure all confidential information is treated with sensitivity and is stored securely
The role also includes an element of managing reception.
