The Role:
You will liaise with our client Southern Water and assist the design and billing team in order to resolve queries, update and distribute documentation and update online systems.
Acting as first point of contact to provide administrative support in a variety of tasks:
- First point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information is distributed
- Quality check application documents and make sure they are acceptable, downloading the files from an online portal (ServiceNow).
- Set up job folders ready for design.
- Quality check outgoing work and submit back to Southern Water via an online portal (ServiceNow).
- Manage the planner and make sure deadlines are met.
- Using AutoCAD for setting up work and doing minor design changes as needed by the design team.
- End of the month financial submissions.
- Checking and distributing job briefs for construction and updating the programme.
- Assist the billing team with inputting meter details and setting up billing accounts.
What do you need?
To be successful in this role you will have good attention to detail, proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office applications in particular, alongside excellent organisational skills with the ability to a meet deadlines.
