Technical Administrator
Bernard Matthews Derby - DE23
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 4.30pm // £12.90phr
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints and response to the customers/suppliers
- Micro and nutritional analysis – trend out of spec results, review nutritional claims on pack to ensure criteria are met
- Complete customer reports and scorecard to ensure they are submitted on time
- Complete board and group reports / slides
- Doc Control - Maintain, edit, add, delete etc. for all Master Records, Master Procedures and Policies
- Calibration Matrix - Ensure all equipment in use is calibrated
- Ensure internal documentation is issued to all departments
- Water Tacker - Maintain results log, swab plan & Communicate fails, issue investigation reports
- External Panel Results & Communicate fails, add corrective action to customer portal (IRIS)
- Product Surveillance & Communicate fails, obtain results, add details to customer portals
- Transfer sales by product for all retailers in to Customer Complaints Weekly Tracker spreadsheet - to generate CPMU figures
- Requesting FB back For Customer Complaints
- Flash Labels Chase and request information from customer account managers Communicate out every Friday for following week - Sunday production
- Support the team during audits and traceability exercises
- Support the team and cover technical tasks as required
- Carryout general admin task as and when required by the team
Job Type: Full-time
