Technical Account Manager (Part-Time)
25hrs per week (5 hr day) Mon - Fri
There is travel required within this position, this is to meet clients.

Job Summary
- You will be provided with a portfolio of clients to manage.
- The role is pivotal to the success and growth of the business, and the key to this position is enthusiasm, communication, the ability to build strategic relationships and a sheer desire to succeed.
- The role is responsible for ensuring the company is meets its sales and growth targets through existing clients, by delivering a first-class client experience and meeting targets.
- The role is crucial in retaining our existing client base.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Sell our range of IT support and consultancy services into existing clients.
- Manage your client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, they feel like they are getting the attention they want and that you are selling all available products and services into them.
- Be proactive and build relationships with our clients
- Play an active role in promoting yourself and the business on relevant professional social media channels.
- Attend relevant events.
- Work with our Marketing team to understand their goals and to leverage their output
- Populate the company CRM system with all activity
- Provide forecast data to the Chief Financial Officer
- Attend, present and/or host conferences, meetings and industry events where required

Essential Criteria
- Experience as a technical sales professional
- Proven experience of acquiring, managing, and developing account relationships
- Working Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Experience of adhering to sales strategies
- Basic technical ability
- Advanced organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Presentation skills
- A self-starter, with resilience and ability to drive own agenda
- Advanced knowledge of GDPR
- Works well under occasional pressure
- Flexible and pragmatic, yet resolute and decisive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well-organised and structured
Advanced technical ability (enough to discuss technical matters and concepts to clients)
- Works with integrity, objectivity, accountability and honesty.

- Remains assured, diplomatic and balanced when dealing with sensitive and/or difficult situations.
- Willingness to adapt to ever changing environment.
